Bids are scheduled to be accepted from May 2, 2025, at 07:05 AM until May 12, 2025, at 05:30 AM. It has been stated that the tender does not require any tender fee or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), thereby simplifying the financial aspects of the application process. 

Additionally, the tender utilises a two-cover system: Cover 1, containing the Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical details, and Cover 2, which is reserved for Financial details. 

For clarity, the bid opening is set to take place on May 12, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the AGM Office on the 3rd floor of the ITI Limited Panagal Building, Saidapet, Chennai, 600015.
